Are Thought Leaders Getting Exhausted?
The hype of social media influencers will not abate, but neither will the growing interest in managing mental health online.

Thought leaders offer their insights and observations on a particular subject, helping everyone understand the direction an industry or favorite environment is headed. They are meant to add value first. Everyone has a problem that they want to be solved, especially the people following the thought leader. Thought leaders play into this need through their insightful responses, be it in a video or written in a blog post.
But is the effort to being a thought leader creating a new form of stress, particularly online?
Every time that thought leaders issue those observations, they must be pragmatic in tone and not just a rant. Rants don’t provide answers. they can be terrific expressions of frustrations, articulating a built-up feeling. But most rants don’t answer questions.
