I like what you explained about flexibility. Much of this deals with the business model of being solopreneur. With tech, there can be customer who don't decribe the problem well, but you may still have some flexibility in offering a service that matches up to that need. But I do agree that ultimately freelancers need to group their services together so that their flexibility of offer does not dulute the kind of work that is done nor the word of mouth about its success.
