Medium needs to be more transparent about their payment issues through emails and status updates. The dashboard should also be better designed to help writers figure out which evergreen posts are contributing to their current earnings. This can be done while not revealing earning rate, which I think is being kept guarded so that writers do not totally game the system. I get it, but allowing a better dashboard is not unreasonable
