The hard work part in Tip 10 is a difficult one to assess. Some people can not thrive with uncertainly, having an instinct to figure what to do next when a given task requires more steps. If you can't create content, maybe help with some programming task to keep things moving. That flexiblity is the "hard work" you have to do in a startup or small business. Some people are so much in a "worker drone" perspective that their hesitancy can look like a lack of work ethic.
