Those first two pressures are the most dangerous - multiple bosses compete for your time without the benefit of coordinating a work schedule. Both boses (or more) will have competing deadlines that they are not able to back down. Add in the FOMO on income highlighted in point two, and you end up feeling a lot of pressure that you did not in your 9 - 5. Freelancing has its freedoms, but all come at a cost and can create anxiety when you are trying to reconcile details. Great post!
