While entrepreneurship has its benefits, it should not be seen as a panacea for issues such as aging, either. Starting a business, even an online one, has high risks which can differ in impact depending on where someone is in their life. Entrepreneurship is not a fix for ageism if the person truly want to work for an employer of a given industry. Plus despite shifts in the workforce, the health care for entrepreneurs lags behind that established for corporate jobs. I think it is super important to balance concerns as one ages with viable solutions.
